Hey all. Its been a bit since I last posted but last sunday was my birthday and we went shopping for it and I am so happy. I have lost two pant sizes! I havnt done much just taken a stacker2 after every meal (I only have two since I dont take it after Breakfast) everynight I walk/jog for 30 minutes. Do weight training for a few minutes and do 100 crunches. I have been doing that everyday and I am not really seeing the results but I am sure I am toning...If you have any suggestions or advice please e-mail me at Thorn86@aol.com or IM me at Thorn86
