~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Heather, Age 15

Ht. 5'9", Today: 269 lb - Hey all-I have been to this site many many times before. I always tell myself that I am gonna stick to my diet but somehow it never works out. In english we did a skit and our teacher filmed it and showed up the tape. I know people say the camera adds 10 pounds but geez, it looked like it added a couple 100 pounds. I knew and know that i am fat, but seeing myself on there really broke me down. I weigh a whopping 269 lbs. I am pretty tall for my age (5ft 9)and I have alot of muscles- especially in my legs so I don't look as big as my weight tells me I am. I love sports especially softball. So thats a good thing. I am really committed this time. I dug out my old weight watchers stuff. And I am trying to eat healthier at lunch- today I had a ham and cheese sub with fries(I know i know delicious but deadly) and a diet pepsi (real healthy i know)but it is better than a piece of pizza, fries, a regular pepsi and 2 cookies... well if ya'll have any tips just post at the bottom it will be really helpfull :) thanks
