Ht. 5'9", Today: 193 lb, Goal: 160 lb - from my other post: im 5'9 193 pounds i want to be at least 160. I cant stay on a diet! Do you think its to hard to try to lose 2 lb a week? I really want to just lose 2lb a week until i reach like 160, 170 cause i really need to lose it, then lose 1lb. I seriously cant stay on diets. Why is it so hard? Any advice greatly appreciated thanx
