~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Hi guys, I'm writing this to remind you that you should go look in the archives. I've been on here for awhile (a little more than 2 years) and I know that there is a lot of good 'stuff' on some of the posts, and even the messages. I really like the ones from (i think his name is) Dan. Oh, and somebody asked if water made you lose weight or gain it, well, it does both. You are made up mostly of water, and when you first start to lose weight, it's a lot of water weight, but if you start drinking a lot of water, you can gain it back. Water also makes you gain weight when you've eaten a lot of salt. But, water also releases toxins out of your body from food. Basically, the stuff that your body does need, so you really really need to drink at least some water! So, as long as you drink a lot of water, and go to the bathroom a lot, then you shouldn't have to worry that you're carrying around water weight. Also, I have been thinking on going on slimfast for breakfast and lunch, is there anybody out there who has tried it that could maybe tell me what it did for them? Thanks! ~Michelle
