I feel so fat! I weigh the most out of anyone in my class. I weigh 190 pounds! I know that that is a lot. I want to lose weight but i just can't. I keep trying but nothing seems to come off. I exercise a lot and eat right but every time i step on a scale it either says 190 or 188. And i've talked to my mom, i've told her i'm too heavy! And she says, oh your just fine the way you are honey. YOu don't need to worry about your body so much. But even if i am young, i almost weigh 200 pounds! That's too much for someone who's 12! What do i do? Please help
