im starting a new health kick, I suppose you could call it. I do yoga (it's on tv in the morning) and aerobics (also on tv in the morning, but i tape it to do at night) and i jump rope, all for half an hour each. I know that sounds like a lot, believe me, but if you organise your time, it all works. Then I have to practice my saxophone, do homework and assignments, have dinner, all that, but if you maybe get up a little earlier, it's possible. If this new fitness thingy works, I'll write again and tell you. I know a fair bit about fitness, and what I don't know, I can look up in one of the many books I've sort of collected over ages, so If you have any questions, Please leave your email and questions or comments, because I'll have more of a chance to check my inbox, than come to this site all the time, bye!
