Hi I'm 5'8" and weigh 183lbs. I know alot. And even worse school starts for me Monday the 19th. But theres a good thing about that to. When I'm at school I tend to eat less b/c I'm around a whole bunch of people. And since I'm in class the whole time I don't snack all day. I can't explain it better than that. But I still have problems, I need some kind of exercises. The only thing I have is I have Volleyball Practice every morning before school.(I'm on the volleyball team) but i want some kind of exercise for after school. Do you have any ideas?
