Losing weight is almost like a simple math problem. Take your weight and multiply it by 13. The result is the number of calories you need to MAINTAIN your current weight. If you want to LOSE weight you are going to have to cut about 500 calories off that amount. And exercise to burn more calories also if you want to lose more weight and look better.
