Hey everyone! Im on a library computer, so they don't give us much time to type.. so i gotta be quick.... ok....im not overweight, but i feel VERY poorly for the people who are, so i try and offer help! A water diet for a day is a great way to lose 5 pounds. Just drink only water until say 6 at night. It cleanses your body, fills you up fast, and i can hardly think that it's unhealthy.But don't go crazy! Just one day every so often. not a whole straight month, because then you will get sick. ***only draw back: you may have to pee alot. lol. ok goodluck. keep me posted if you try this!
