Hey everyone! I am overweight.. I am 14, 5'4 and 160 lbs. I lost 10lbs the last time i went to my doctors b/c i haven't been eaten like i use to and i walk 2 miles every night. the thing is i am going into high school and trying out for 3 sports that require ALOT of running and i am not good at running but i like to exercise. my mom lost around 80lbs from weight watchers but it does not work for me. I use to be skinny but then around 4th grade i began to gain weight. I wanna loose weight and weigh around 125-130lbs. my sis was like me around my age and lost weight before H.S. and everyone was shocked on how good she looked and i wanna be like that!! I promised some ppl that on the first day of school i would look dfferent and i wanna keep that promise up! i don't wanna be so skinny i just wanna be right on my weight and look good and feel good. thanks for listening and if you have any tips or like websites to go to please post them on here! thank you soo much! bye byes :o)
