Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Michele, Age 11

Ok I'm like 135 lbs and 4' 10" at age 11 which means I'm overweight,I'm trying to lose 75 lbs, don't ask why just cause. My cousin(used to live with)is 105 lbs and bout 5'0 at age 15,she wears a size 0,then when I need clothes to wear I go to her because she used to be a size 5 and me too but anyway she thinks I can fit into a size 0!She hands me all her size 0-3 clothes!I can't fit into those and it makes me feel bad like she torchering me but she's not cause she really doesn't think I'm fat. When I wear clothes it doesn't show but when I lift up my shirt I have a humangous gut!I usually suck it in and i don't try to my body just does it automaticly. At school there is this one boy that is shorter than me and weighs about 170 at the same age,he calls me fat and I get pissed because not to be rude but look at him.I never say it cause I know how it is to be teased.Well anyway there is this guy I absoluetly have the hots for sice the third grade(now in fifth),he doesn't know, but we are kind of close friends, but he will never see me in that kind of way I want him too! It's because he thinks I'm fat.He always looks at girls that are majorly skinny like anorexic,I'm not saying I'm going to become anorexic for this guy just I wanna lose weight.Well thats enough of my life story,do you guys have any tips on losing like 75 lbs? Thanks so much for reading my whole life problem!
