I'd just like to say that a lot of you seem to be going about losing weight the wrong way- you are losing weight too quickly and exercising way too much3-4 times per week is plenty- your muscle actually NEEDS the time off to tone- the gap inbetween exercising is the time your body gains the benefits from the exercise-A lot of you are losing more than 5lb per week on a regular basis and to do this you must be damaging your metabolisms soo soo much- truly i dont think some of you realise what you're doing to yourselves! i speak from experience and losing more than 2-3lb p/w is not a good idea b/c u are losing MUSCLE not fat, and the muscle burms more calories on its own than fat does so in the end you'll probably end up putting the weight you lost back on again- and more!- I know it sounds as if i'm nagging- and i am really i know, but please please diet sensibly- i know how hard it is, but it's worth doing properly- you dont want to yo-yo your whole life
