TO Rachel 14: Follow this plan i made for You - eat 1500 calories a day - 1 hour of aerobics & Biking for 30 mins. & Run up 'n' down a set of stairs for 25 mins. ( do in interills ) - (this will let you lose a lb a week) - If you want to lose 2lbs a week , do 2 hours of aerobics ( instead of 1 hour ) .The first week you may lose more than losing more than 2 lbs if your just starting dieting. - Try to Drink at least 10 8oz glasses of water a day.(The water helps flush your body out.) Cut sweets out, (hold out until you can't any longer)if you do eat sweets eat 1/3 of what you'd usually would eat. ( the first 1 or 2 weeks you may get hunger pains , its just your stomach getting used to how much food your eating, Once you lose all the weight keep eating only 1500 calories and keep exerciseing, cause if you don't you'll eventually gain it back. Good luck, keep me updated. This should work for anyone else that is 145 and wants to be 130 - 137. Amount of weight lost will vary.
