a good tip that i use is, make a list of foods that give you bad indigestion or make you feel all gross, and don't eat anything off of that list. it really helped me out. just eat stuff that sits good on your stomach. also when you are at the point where you think "oh i could probably eat just one more helping cuz its so good" tell yourself no. it feels so gross to be overly full. and you regret it afterward don't you? yes, that's what i thought. all you have to do is tell yourself no.
