Hi im just starting my diet and i need to know a few things1.If i ride my bike for about an hour everyday is that enough excercise?2. I just read that a 2 lite bottle of diet coke is only 8 calories is this true?3. Will losing weight clear up acne?4.I also need a few ideas for lunchThank you i feel like i can finally achive my gorl of being slim and fit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
