Okay everyone. I've been reading though all these messages here, and i've realised that most people are here about the same thing. People want to loose weight, and are looking for a quick, easy way to do it. Lets face it though, its not gonna happen. The sooner you realise that, the better off i beleive you are. And all the people giving off advice, it all boils down to the same thing. Exercise more, and eat less. But i also know that it is a lot more complicated than that. First someone starts to go on a strict diet, they get hungry, eat some chocolate for about a week, than are ready to start dieting again, to which they get hungry and eat some more. I think that if anyone wanting to loose some weight should start off this way. First, DON'T starve yourself. That will NEVER work, because A) Not many people have the will power, and B) You do u'r body more harm than good. Second, exercise more. Start exercising 10 mins more a day. Then every 4 days, build it up 10 mins, till your doing 1 hour a day. If that doesn't start making you loose weight, cut down a VERY little of what you eat. Also, if you are planning on cutting out junkfood to loose weight, don't cut it ALL out at once. Do it in sections. First cut out chocolate, then after a week, cut out chips, then the week after cut out lollies etc... so that eventually you are ALMOSt not eating junkfood. I hope this has helped people out there. Its not so much info, its more advice. I know that people out there will have TOTALLY different thoughts than i do, but 'clest la vie'(which is french for, 'that is life')
