Hey! I know probably alot of you if not all HATE to run. Yeah I do too. BUT! Its really not that bad. I have a treadmill and if you have one too you should use it. I just ran a mile in about 16.5 minutes and I weigh 245 lbs. Just put on some music and just run! Another thing I like to do is try to beat your time. Yesterday I got 18.5 minutes and today I got 16.5 minutes! And also drink LOTS of water. If you drink any soda it should be DIET! If you limit that regular soda you drink every day you can lose 25 lbs. a year!
