Hey guys, I'm just here to give ya'll a 'Calcium update': Calcium is really good for you, it gives you energy, keeps your teeth pearly white, keeps strong, hard bones and prevents fingernails from breaking. You can get calcium from Milk and any other dairy products, plus some cereals and vegetables. But you can get too much calcium. So don't be like me, and drink like a whole 1/2 gallon of milk a day. Too much calcium can cause horrible cramps. The other night, I got four cramps in my legs with 2 hours, and it hurt hella bad. I'm now usin crutches because I can't bend my legs, they're so sore. Watch your calcium intake, guys. Note: Lack of calcium also causes cramps.
