i have a great meal that fills u up and is tottaly healthy!!!!! Mongolion food. it is like chiniese food but the rice is noodles and it doesn't cook in fat or oil really, it cooks in this bbq thing and water and it taste soooooooo good. u can have veggies/fish/meat or whatever u want! it is soooooooo good! and it is perfectly healthy!!!!!!
