~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

From Brett, Age 16

Ok, about a year ago I weighed a whoping 175 lbs at the age of 15, I had just turned 15 also. Then I decided I would lose weight, lots of weight, too much weight. I went down from 175 to 124 in about a mounth and a half. The way I did it, well I'm not sure if it was healthy, but anyways I ate one meal a day and then worked out for about 2 and a half hours. And sure enough in a mounth and a half I weighed 124lbs. But the problem was that I wanted to lose more and more, and then finally I looked in the mirrior one good time and realized I was too skinney. I looked pitiful, it was gross. So then I decided I would gain the weight back, but not fat weight, muscile weight, so now I weigh 159 and gaining and its mostly muscile. So what I'm getting at is that it's ok to lose weight but not too much weight.
