Hey, I have a question...I used to be really skinny and healthy but recently I have noticed my stomach growing :-( It is probably because I used to hate pop but now I like it very much and I drink about 2 liters a day which is 8 cups. I realize that that is WAY too much pop, but it is soooo good. Also, I got a TV in my room about a month ago and I have been watching it quite a bit. I also noticed how much more food I eat now (healthy, and junk) but I eat much more junk than healthy food) So here is my point..I used to be healthy, now I am the complete opposite. I am prolly going to get fatter, but what should I do now?? I am gaining weight, and I know it because all my shirts are too small and so are my pants...help please!
