I WIEGH 135 LBS!!!! its amazing, a wieght i thought that id never reach, but here i am, after weighing in at 175 as a child, and 155 as of last year. I decided enough was enough, all junk food for me was completely cut out, the only drink i would have is water, and i did the treadmill for an hour a day, and kickboxing three times a week, 135 lbs, i still can't believe it, im soo close to my dream goal of 120, if i could do it, so can you.
