Hey yall, its after X-mas and the damage has been done, man-i know i strayed from my diet, but you can't give up, i know its hard, after the x-mas sweets, cakes, turkey, and stuffing its hard to convince yourself that you have a chance to lose it again or at all. Find your motivation, my motivation, which helps me stay on track is to remember the guys who treated me bad, or made fun of me, and how when i lose the wieght, go right up to them and show them up, and pick another guy instead of them. I think about coming all skinny and beautiful and those stupid guys saying thier sorry and then not giving them a chance. That motivates me to excercise and drink water, and eat healthier, so i can lose the 20lbs i wanna lose. I wiegh 142lbs, i wanna do what it takes to lose this 20lbs pounds and be a size three. Well, good luck guys, wish me luck.
