hey, the last time i wieghed myself i was 145 lbs, i just weighed myself today and i wiegh 136, but i know its gonna go back up because i only lost water weight cuz i haven't eaten or drank anything for the past 24 hrs. Im not anorexic, im just on my period and couldn't eat anything cuz i wuz just queezy. Skipping meals is very dangerous, i know, so i don't need a lecture, it was only that one day. Anywayz, how i lost the weight was eating healthy, no-fatty foods and doing tae-bo occasionaly, you don't need to be an excercise aholic, u need to enjoy it, and do it when every you want, so u'll lose wieght more effeciently, eating very healthy will also aid in the wieght loss. Alot of girls think they have to work out 24/7, 4 days a week for a least 30 min and u'll be fine, working out for even a small amount of time is better than nothing at all,catch yall lata
