Please help me, I've been trying to loose weight for the longest time, I got down from 165 to 155. But that's it, and I've gained a few pounds back in the past days because I ate a bunch of junk food. I've been trying to loose weight for myself all of this time, because i wanted to. But now there's another reason for me to loose weight, i really like this guy and he's really thin and muscular. I feel like he won't like me unless i loose some weight, i'm 5'7'' and want to get down to about 120. I'm ready to do this now and i just need some tips to get me going. I've planned my week so i can get to the gym 3-4 times a week for 1.5 - 2 hours each time, (i'm waking up at 5:30am but if it's gonna work it's worth it.)so please anyone send me tips on how to eat healthy, eat less, exersize more, and more effectively and just tips on how to loose weight. and the quicker the better. you can e-mail me if you want at lalalalara@hotmail.comthanks
