Hey guys, I'm almost 13 and I'm making a new resolution for my birthday. To take better care of my body. Not just focus on my weight, but my entire body. My hair, face, teeth, etc. And with the new resolution, I'm going to go back on a diet and start excersizing more. And I wondering if anyone had any good excersizes to tone the thigh and buttocks area. I read in a book that you can ride your bike everyday for 6 monthes and your legs won't loose any weight (they'll probably get buffer), because the upper part of the body looses weight first and I think that's what happened to me, the top of my body has slimmed, but my waist down hasn't been affected much and now I want to target that area. Anyone have any tips?
