Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Hi, I'm a little older than most people here, and I'm just looking for a little support in my weight loss. I lost 55 pounds 4 years ago and then stayed around 140 for years and two months ago I finally started losing again and have lost 17 pounds since then but I am afraid the weight loss will stop if I don't keep cutting back on what I eat but I miss eating, I never got to eat wihtout thinking about the consequences the food has on me. I would like to eat just once without having it on my conscience but it's impossible. I am so afraid of gaining the weight back of even stopping to lose weight... I am still chubby at 124 for 5'3 ... I would like to get down to 100 before I can start maintaining, I have a small frame. Suggestions are welcome, I'm working towards getting this pudge off of me. Guys and girls e-mail me at porky_oink@hotmail.com, good luck to you all.
