Hey there! I am 15 years old, 5'5, and I weigh about 150 lbs... I am really into sports and I love playing them, but when I am not at practice or in school I am sitting on the couch eating junk food. I realize that I am not hungary... and I need some advice on what I should do. Its like everytime I get bored, I open the fridge to entertain myself.
