Hi. I have a tendency to eat whole lot! I eat all kinds of junk food and overeat at regular meals. I notice when I'm full, but I just keep eating and eating. I know this is not healthy, and I really should stop, but it is just such a good felling to be stuffed to your gill. I didn't use to do this, but I started at the begininng of the summer and I did gain some weight, but only like 10lbs or so. Will I keep gaining? Should I stop?
