Hi! I'm 5'3 and 140 lbs and I want to lose some wait. I would like to lose about 20-30 lbs. I know it won't happen over night, but i would like to lose it in a period of 2-3 months. I've tried a lot of things before to try to the lose weight, but nothing ever works. For a while, I was even bulimic and barfed everything I ate out. After I did that for about a week, I have realized it isn't the way to go. Can anyone give me any tips for my diet? Right now i'm around 6-7 in pants size, and I would like to go down to about a size 3-4. Do you think that's possible in 2-3 month period? Please help me out. Thanks.
