~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Hey! From looking around this website, I've noticed that a lot of you have been using Weight Watchers to shed weight. While it may seem like a quick fix, you have to remember that the program is designed to change your eating habits FOR LIFE, which means, if you lose the amount of weight that you want and quit, and start your unhealthy habits again, it ALL comes back. I've learned this through personal experience (I lost 25 lbs, stopped, and gained all of it back, plus 20 more!), and it's also happened to two friends of mine. We gained all the weight back, and a little extra, too. So, just think of this as a warning. Dont use Weight Watchers unless you intend on keeping those eating habits FOREVER. Oh yeah, one thing before I go! A lot of you SHOULD not be worried about your weight AT ALL! Someone said they wear a size 0! That is NOT FAT. That is TINY. Go ahead and change your diet to be healthy, but NOT to lose weight! You'd waste away if you did! j/k
