My mom says I'm overweight. My friends, even though they don't say it, know I'm overweight. To be nice, they call me 'slender'. I know I am overweight! And all of this is really starting to bother me. I try to eat healthy. I've been cutting down on meat and sugars, and drinking up more on fruit juices and water. But somehow, it's not working. I'm having the most trouble around my thighs. I feel like I'm walking on tree stumps. It also doesn't help that I'm also short. It makes me look even fatter. If anyone knows any good exercises for the thighs and elsewhere, please let me know. I really need help!
