here is another diet/exercersise plan for thoughs 180 -200 lbs. do each of these 2 hours a day

  • Bike at 10 mph
  • walk ( get 1 mile per twenty minutes )
  • Cook ( I suggest lunch and dinner )
  • rollerblading 8 mph
  • Take 600 calories out of your daily diet
