Hey I'm 5'9" and 240 pounds. I have tried Chitosal and it didn't work. I tried Dr. Bob's medical weight loss center and I lost 6 and a half pounds but that was really expensive. But this year I will be on the J.V. Volleyball team it never bothered me before but this year I have to wear spandex shorts and tuck my shirt in. You also run like 2-3 laps around our school which isn’t fun. Does anyone have any tips to improving you metabolism cause I’m also a vegetarian and I don’t eat poultry or fish and I don’t eat eggs.
