Hi! I'm myke and i'm 5'3" and i weigh 131 lbs. About a month ago i started eating healthierand working out more and i lost 3 lbs, but my tummy still isnt getting smaller. I've just about given up junk food except for the ocasional snack every week. i really want to get rid of the fat on my tummy because i hate how it sticks out and people can see its bulge on my shirt. How can i lose my tummy fat?
