Okay...im 5,6 and 136lbs. I started a diet about 4 weeks ago and have only lost 3 pounds since. I need to lose weight FASTER!!!! I wanted to lose 15 pounds in 10 weeks...and at this rate im not gunna make it 'till summer! NOTHING WORKS!!!! I hear people talking about losing 2 pounds a week just by eating healthier! I do that AND exercise and its not helping at all!!!! HELP ME!!!!
