Hi! Im 13, 5'3", and i weigh 132 pounds, and i would like to lose 13-15 pounds. I was also wondering if doing weights such as bench pressing and doing situps will lose the fat on my chest and belly. In pants i wear a waste of 30 and i would like to go to a size 28 or 27, or really i would just like to lose weight.
