Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - so I have friends but im not sure if that'll be the same when i become a freshman next year because i feel like my freinds will want to have a better picture for themselves than hanging out with some fat ass i play base ball and foot ball but i feel like in my head that gives me an excuse to get to eat more i have many calorie counters on my phone and step trackers but most of the time when not playing sports im just eating fast food/junk becasue thats what my parent surround me with an example of them thinking there doing good for me is today. So basically i had a game and my mom went shopping, she came back with cookies,cake,microwavable junk and then when i told her to get me healthy stuff so i can eat healthier she brings back one little bento box thing of grapes,mellon,etc, like as if that is gonna help. my grandma is korean and she cooks alot of korean food like soups and meats with rice and kimchi i feel like i should only eat what she eats idk if you wanna you can add my insta chris_is_chrissed so we can talk.
