Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Recently i have been struggling with my weight back in January i got down to 153 lbs and i was feeling great but then i put a bit of weight back on during my sophomore year. I'm about to be a junior and im tired of being overweight, does anyone know any good weight loss plans or tips?
