Ht. 5'4", Start: 149.9 lb, Today: 146 lb, Goal: 135 lb - My highest weight was 150lb. I just lost weight down to 138lb, my lowest in a while now, but gained it all back after not going to the gym at all in three or four weeks and eating junk food and not even running a little. It all happened so suddenly, but I will NOT be discouraged! I have failed, and I have won. Now though, I will simply proceed. Please comment encouragement or anything to keep you or I going. I will have ups and downs, but I will not quit! I am challenging myself, forgiving myself, and encouraging myself.
