Ht. 5'7", Start: 120 lb, Today: 245 lb, Goal: 120 lb - i play softball, basketball and run track and my coach said i was too skinny compared to my other players. i weighed 120. so he put my on this strick "diet" of eating 2400 calories A DAY. after a month and a half of that i weighed 245. my coach says im a perfect weight for my age and height and everything but i fell fat and i try to lose the weight but when i try its like it just stays. I just really want to get back down to my starting weight.
