Ht. 5'6", Start: 235 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Hello. So, about 14 days ago, I posted my story. At the time, I was 235lbs. I did an early morning weigh in, and I am down to 225, almost 224. It isn't a huge difference, but since its only been 14 days, thats Huge! I actually stopped eating breakfast and lunch for about a week though.. I just wasn't hungry AT ALL. I have started walking and riding my bike finally. And soon, i will start using my Tredmill. Losing weight is not Impossible, you just have to believe in yourself. And up until today when i saw what i weighed, i had no hope that i'd lose the weight.. Yes, today is sort of a cheat day, and not with food, but with a coffee... It isn't that often i get coffee, so yay! Again, My kik is @trystan.m_ and I hope to talk to you guys about weight loss!!! Bye for now!!
