Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 162.2 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Kelkeltco I'm glad to hear you re happy for me!!, my waist has srunk a little bit I'm not where I want to be yet I'm not beating myself over that, it takes time to lose over 25 lbs,,. a lot of hard work, I didn't even have secs on anything, I did a cardio workout from Sketchers Shape Ups, I had to finsh it from youtube my DVD isn't working very 'll anymore, I lose another 18-22 lbs my shoes 'll be gapping, which I 'd not mind at all,! my BMI went from 33 to 29.2 or 28.7, I'm back to overweight!! I'm 23 lbs away from the beginning of what is considered a healthy w.t. for my 104-110 lbs, I mean between not exactly 104, that's for small frame, I'm pettie, my goodness I lose 10-12 lbs by the end of this month I 'll be 39 in on the chest 144 lbs 'll be 36 in on the chest 130's 34 in, I lose 18 lbs I 'll be a size M!, in my clothing,. size L is my mini goal! I can wear my Two Tshrits again wish my friend James could 've heard me getting exicited I jumped when one of my jeans fitted me again size 13 Junior's is my mini goal also!,. its not easy mataining my w.t. my dad's family has a history of obesty,.,. health issues do I want to be having health issues in my 30's no, I don't want to,. something preventable.,, keep going guys, my self confindce is coming back, when I was 183-190 I wasn't happy, anything I liked I couldn't wear, now I can somewhat!, I'm back to where I was before I gained 28 lbs, I 'll not clog my attrites again, my friend James was very upset I was gaining, w.t. you guys can do this!!, take it easy beginners,
