Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 161 lb, Goal: 130 lb - It's 2016 and I'm halfway to officially halfway there! I need to 60 lbs total and right now I have lost 30. I know it's the new year but don't try to make losing weight a new year's resolution because you will lose motivation (speaking from experience). Have goals, but don't rush yourself or push yourself too hard. I'm glad that I'm losing, even if it took me months to lose 30 pounds. Remember don't do this because you want to have a "summer body", but because you want to prove to yourself that you can accomplish whatever you want.
