Ht. 5'3", Start: 162 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 110 lb - sometimes you 'll go over your calories that's going to happen once in a while, just be extra careful, espically bagles, half of 330 is 165 calories, half of 200 is 100 calories half 130 is 65 calories,. once you find out h.w. much the portion sizes re you re going to be shocked.
