BULLETIN BOARD

~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 247 lb, Today: 221 lb, Goal: 147 lb - Thought i'de just share some tips for everyone that have helped me personally and I hope they can help someone else :) 1) only eat when you are hungry-don't stick to a schedule 2) stop eating when you are not hungry anymore - rather than when you're full 3) diet is more important then exercise so if you're just starting concentrate on what your eating - I restricted to 1600 cals and I'm never hungry 4) plan what your eating for the day and try and stick to it 5) allow yourselves treats - if you restricted these too much you will end up binging (pr I always did) I hope this helps someone and good luck everyone!
