Ht. 5'6", Start: 12 st 7, Today: 12 st 7, Goal: 10 st 0 - So I'm here again. I've put on 20 pounds over the past 2 years and am no longer at a healthy weight. I keep trying to loose weight but end up giving up after a few days. Hopefully this will be the last time. I would like to be 140 pounds by the time I start my final year at school in September. I'm going to start getting up at 6 so that I can go for an hour run before school 3 days a week. I'm going to cut down on the amount of chocolate and sweets i eat and only eat at meal times. I, am going to India in July and hopefully that will help me as I won't be eating unhealthy foods. Anyone else got any tips or want to be a weight loss buddy
