~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone! Just a quick update. Currently i have been on my weightless plan for about 8 weeks, and I'm so happy to say I've lost almost 15 pounds! I feel better than ever, and now that lacrosse season has started, hopefully that can help with more weightless! Being completely honest here, i feel so great even though physically i have not seen much change yet. Thats why weighing yourself every few weeks or so is really important to staying motivated, because you might not be able to see the results, but they are showing up on the scale. I am so excited to continue, and i hope to be around 165 by the end of march! Its the little goals, and accomplishments that mean the most. Don't give up everyone!! Summers on its way:)
