Ht. 5'4", Start: 187 lb, Today: 176 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Hey guys! So it's been about a month since i really started making progress! I just weighed myself last week and I couldn't be happier that I lost 11 pounds! I've never been able to stay motivated for this long but now that I am I'm so excited to continue on my journey! So far probobly the most important things that I've learned are you can still have junk food like pizza and chicken wings, and Ice cream but all in moderation! It won't kill you, and I still lost weight! Another thing I learned is that it's so important to make sure you've gotten your workout in Atleast 5 times a week. That's really important. thank you guys so much for all the support you've given me and if anyone wants a weightloss buddy I would be glad to give out my kik or my number to anyone
