Ht. 5'5", Start: 10 st 2, Today: 10 st 0, Goal: 8 st 2 - hi I'm sarah i eat small low calorie meals i exercise at least 16 hours a week and am very toned on my arms and back but my stomach and upper thighs are floppy can anyone help i have done everything and i know i am not to fat but i need to tone up and slim down
